With the strength of a large horticultural bio-diversity and significant volumes of fruits and vegetable in India of which almost 30% of the fruit and vegetable production is lost due to poor post harvest management, the Fresh and Healthy Enterprise Limited was set up by the Container Corporation (ConCor) India in the year 2006. The Fresh and Healthy Enterprise Limited (FHEL) coins a tremendous business opportunity in the post harvest technology, cold chain infrastructure, improvement in yield quality and Marketing etc.
FHEL is a fully owned subsidiary of ConCor and has been set up to create world class cold chain infrastructure in the country, to provide complete cold chain logistics solutions to the various stakeholders in this area. FHEL intends to derive its strength from CONCOR its holding company that has continuously achieved excellent MOU ratings and has a track record of excellence in the logistics services sector. It’s first 12000 MT State-of the-art CA store, currently the largest in the country, is operational since August 2007. During 2007-2008, FHEL procured, stored and marketed about 12,000 MT of apples from Shimla & Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, which is growing every year.
With its present plan to hire young and dynamic professionals as Sr. Supervisor Consultant (Marketing & Technical), the FHEL is inviting fresh candidature for the positions.

Scale of Pay:
The candidates selected for these positions will be eligible for a lump sum consultancy fee ranging between Rs.25000 – Rs.30000 per month.
The consultancy fee will depend upon qualification and experience of the candidate. The consultancy fee will be subject to deduction of TDS, etc. as per Income Tax rules.
Eligibility Conditions:
Academic Qualification:
- Sr. Supervisor Consultant (Marketing): The applicants should have passed Graduation (full time degree). however, preference will be given to candidates possessing Post-Graduation Degree in Marketing.
- Sr. Supervisor Consultant (Technical): The applicants should have passed NCTVT (Trade) & NCTVT (App) certificate in the trade of Air Conditioning or Refrigeration/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Diesel/ Mechanic/ Welder/ Fitter/ Motor Mechanic with minimum 50% marks.
Experience:
- Sr. Supervisor Consultant (Marketing): The applicants should have Three years experience in marketing of fruit & vegetables, preferably apples, kinnows & oranges. Proof of experience must clearly indicate the total year(s) of experience in marketing of fruit & vegetables, designation held, salary drawn, etc.
- Sr. Supervisor Consultant (Technical): No experience detailed for these posts.
Age:
The candidates applying for these posts should not be more than 45 years as on the last date for receipt of application. (31-Oct-2013)
Period of Engagement:
The candidate selected as Sr. Supervisor Consultant will be engaged initially for a period of 3 months which is extendable for further period at the sole discretion of management subject to physical fitness and satisfactory performance of the candidate.
