Period of Probation: The candidates selected as Specialist Officers will have to serve the bank for a period of 12 Months (1 years) from the date of joining.
Service Bond: The selected candidates as Specialist Officers will be required to execute a Service Bond undertaking to serve the Bank for a period of 2 years and keep a fixed deposit of Rs.100000 in the name of the candidates for a period of 2 year.
Pay Scale Provisions: Rs.31705 – 1145/1 – 32850 – 1310/10 – 45950/-
Age: (As on 31.05.2017) Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years. Relaxation in upper age limit will be as per rules
Academics Qualification: Candidate should hold a LL.B degree [full time 5 year LL.B degree or full time 3 year LL.B degree after graduation] from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Government of India/ approved by Government Regulatory Boards.
Candidates should have 3 years of overall Experience, Practice at Bar or Judicial Service or As a Law Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Central/State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking.

Selection Procedure: The selection will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test, Physical and Psychometric Test and Group Discussion/ Personal Interview.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the Written examination. Merit list of the candidates for final selection will be prepared considering the performance of the candidates. The name of the selected candidates will be announced by the bank in due course through successive stages of selection.
