High Court of Judicature at Bombay invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of the post of Judge, Family Court in the State of Maharashtra for a periofd og five years, in the pay scale of Rs. 51550-63070/- plus dearness allowance and other allowances as admissible.
Judge, Family Court: 14 Vacancies
Appointment shall be on probation for a period of 2 years.

Eligiblity Criteria: Candidates must have Minimum seven years practice as an Advocate of a High Court or of two or more such Courts in succession; OR
Minimum seven years practice in Judicial Office in India or the Office of a Member of a Tribunal or any post under the Union or a State requiring special knowledge of law; OR
Candidates must possess post Graduate in Law with specialization in personal Law/ Master of Social Welfare, Sociology, Psychology/ Philosophy with a degree in Law; AND have minimum seven years experience in field work/ research or of teaching in a Government Department or in a College/ University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years as on the last date of submission of online application
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and viva voce.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- for Backward Classes candiadtes, Rs. 1000/- for General Category Candidates
Applicants are suggested to pay the application fee through demand draft payable at par at Bombay in favour of Assistant Registrar, for Registrar General, H.C.A.S., Bombay.
