BOB Financial Solutions Limited (BFSL) (Formerly known as BOBCARDS Limited), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda. BFSL is currently engaged in the business of Credit Cards, Merchant acquiring & managing Debit Card support service on behalf of Bank of Baroda (Domestic & Overseas) & BOB Sponsored RRB. It is the first Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in India issuing Credit Cards.
The BOB Financial Solutions Limited is inviting competent applications for induction of Sales Staff. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written aptitude test and one or more rounds of Personal Interview and / or Group Discussion.
Area Sales Manager- 25 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from Government recognized University or Institution. Candidates should have minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Companies/ Broking/ NBFCs / FMCG companies. Candidates having MBA or equivalent degree
from reputed Colleges will be preferred.
Team Leader- 65 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from Government recognized University or Institution. Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in Sales of Retail Financial products out of which minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead.
Sales Executives – Graduates, Sales Executives – Under Graduates, Sales Executives – Freshers: 500 Vacancies
Sales Executives – Graduates: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from Government recognized University or Institution/ Engineering Diploma holders. Candidates should have minimum 2 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products.
Sales Executives – Under Graduates: Candidates who have passed at least First year of Degree college but have not yet completed their Graduation. Candidates should have minimum 2 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products.

Minimum Qualification Required:
Assistant Manager (IT)-Mobility Developer: Candidate must possess B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA/ Graduate in IT or Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant development experience. Candidates having exposure to Banking and NBFC will be advantage.
Manager-Program Management: Candidate must possess Post Graduate from a reputed institution in India (preferably MBA) with 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services , specifically in the Business /Product Support or Project Management functions.
Manager/ AVP- Business Planning & Sales Effectiveness: Candidate must possess Master Degree, preferably MBA with specialization in Marketing and Finance from a reputed college or University in India/ Overseas with 6 – 8 years of relevant experience preferably from Banking and Financial services sector companies.
Manager- Chargeback Operations and Merchant Fraud: Candidate must possess Post Graduate degree from a reputed institution in India with 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
AVP- Analytics: Candidate must possess Post-Graduate degree in quantitative or business discipline from an accredited college or university in India/Overseas with 8+ years of experience in analytics industry with reputed companies preferably in the area of marketing/risk.
Upper Age Limit: 35 years for Assistant Manager posts; 40 years for Manager posts as on the last date of receipt of application.
