Assam Public Service Commission invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for recruitment of Insurance Medical Officer (IMO), ESI Scheme Assam under Labour Welfare Department.

Insurance Medical Officer: 15 PostsEducational Qualification Criteria: Candidates must have passed MBBS Degree, and have Registration under Assam Medical Council, 1960. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Medicine/ Surgery/ Pediatrics/ O&G/ Radiology/ Pathology/ Anesthesiology will get preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, and Maximum 38 years as on 01-January-2021. Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be eligible to get the scale of pay 30,000 – 1,10,000/- with GP of Rs. 12,700/- plus other allowances as admissible.
Selection Process: Selection process will be based on Written test, and Viva-voce.
Application Fee:
Rs. 285.40/- for General/EWS
Rs. 185.40/- for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC
Rs. 35.40/- for BPL/PWBD
