Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years. After completion of the probation period, candidates would be placed in their respective pay scales with all admissible allowances as per the norms.

Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Manager: Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline from University/ Institution approved by AICTE.
Junior Manager: Candidate must possess diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from any Government recognized Institution.
Age Limit:
Assistant Manager: Minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum 38 years as on September 01, 2017.
Junior Manager: Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 38 years as on September 01, 2017.
However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Remuneration:
Assistant Manager: Rs. 22, 552/- in 1st year; Rs. 23,213/- in 2nd year
Junior Manager: Rs. 16, 056/- in 1st year; Rs. 16,526/- in 2nd year
Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected based on the Written Test of 200 marks and Viva-Voce. The candidates selected through written test will be called for a viva-voce examination of 36 marks.

Rs. 500/- for General/ OBC /MOBC category candidates
Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST category candidates
