AIATSL Recruitment 2013: Walk-in For 48 Ramp Service Agent Positions

Air India Air Transport Services Ltd. (AIATSL) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Ramp Service Agent,  on contract basis or a period of 3 years.

Date of walk-in: June 04, 2013

Registration Time: 09:30 hrs to 12:30 hrs

Walk-in Venue: Regional Training Centre, Air India Ltd., Next to Domestic Cargo Complex, Near Terminal – 1B, Vile-Parle (East), Mumbai – 400 099

Name of the Post: Ramp Service Agent

Total Number of Vacancies: 48 (Unreserved- 22, OBC- 19, ST- 07)

Educational Qualification:

Three years Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Production/ Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government, or ITI with National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades of 3 years in relevant (Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Motor Vehicle / Bench Fitter / Welder) discipline.


One year of experience is required in case Welder trade, after passing NCTVT.

Applicants must have valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License at the time of appearing for Trade Test.


Ramp Service Agent:

  • First Year: Rs. 12, 000/- per month.
  • Second Year: Rs. 13, 000/- per month.
  • Third Year: Rs.14, 000/- per month.

Age Limit:As on June 01, 2013

For General candidates: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years

For OBC candidates: Minimum 18 years and maximum 31 years

For SC/ ST candidates: Minimum 18 years and maximum 33 years

Application Fee:

For SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman: No Fee

For Others: Rs. 300/-

Candidates are suggested to pay the fee by the mode of an A/c Payee Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.” Payable at Mumbai.

Selection Process: Trade Test, followed by Personal Interview

How to Apply: 

Eligible candidates may attend walk-in-interview along with completed Application Form in the prescribed Format Only, requested Demand Draft, all educational qualification certificates, DOB certificate, experience certificate if any, Caste Certificate, HMV License, a recent coloured passport size photograph pasted on application form, and carry twelve same photographs, etc on June 04, 2013 at walk-in venue.

Note: Candidates are suggested to have original certificates, and one set of self attested copies for verification process.
