Assistant Manager [ON ROLL], Executive [ON ROLL], Trainee [OFF ROLL]
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University preferably B.Com. (necessarily preceded by SSLC (or equivalent) and HSC/ Diploma) with minimum 50% marks from a UGC recognized University.
Fluency in respective regional language (read, write & speak) besides English is must. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have Proficiency in MS – Word, Good communication skill – verbal and written, skill, Team work and time management, Multitasking ability, Planning and organizing skill, Target orientation and Negotiation skill.

Emoluments: Candidates selected for Assistant Manager and Executive Cadre will be on probation for a period of one year.
Rs.24300/- per month for Assistant Manager Cadre and from Rs.21300/- per month for Executive Cadre + Variable Performance Incentive & Perquisites as per extant policy of the Company.
Candidates selected for Trainee positions will get stipend of Rs.9500/- per month (variable based on location and previous experience) plus Meal allowance and performance incentive (variable, based on performance). The period of Training will be one year.
After completion of training, if the performance is found satisfactory, the trainee will be given suitable opportunity for regularization under suitable cadre under the extant rules & regulations of the Company.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam and/ or interview.
Upper Age Limit: 25 years as on 01-May-2022 (relaxation generally up to 30 years can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience).
