Academic Eligibility and Experience:
Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’ – Candidates must have completed Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level; OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level; OR Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ Economics/ Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level; OR Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation. Candidates should have at least three years of post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Security) in Grade ‘A’ – Candidates should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force; OR; Candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Assistant Commandant with minimum five years’ service in Paramilitary Forces such as Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Assam Rifles, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, Defence Security Corps, National Security Guard, Railway Protection Force, Rashtriya Rifles, Special Protection Force, Commando Battalion for Resolute Action, Special Frontier Force and Home Guards.
Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade ‘B’ – Candidates must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years. Candidates should have at least three years of post qualification experience in a cadre equivalent to Asst. Engineer in a reputed public/ private sector institution. Apart from that it is desirable that the candidate must have working knowledge of CAD/ CAM, with ability to manage/ administer all aspects construction projects with knowledge of PERT and CPM techniques.
Manager (Technical-Electrical) in Grade ‘B’ – Candidates must have completed B.E./B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years. Candidates should have at least three years of post qualification experience in a cadre equivalent to Asst. Engineer in a reputed public/ private sector institution. Apart from that it is desirable that the candidate must have knowledge of maintenance of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Alarm Systems, EPABX, UPS, Lift Maintenance, AC plant maintenance with ability to manage/ administer all aspects construction projects with knowledge of PERT and CPM techniques.
Age Considerations: The applicant must not have attained an age of 35 years for Manager (Technical) in Grade ‘B’ ; 30 years for Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’; 40 years for Assistant Manager (Security) in Grade ‘A’ to eligible to apply for any of the posts. However relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for specific categories as per the norms.
Selection Procedure: The final selection of candidates will be done on a merit ranking basis after summing up the results of the Written Examination and/ or Personal Interview.
