Pubjab State Co-Op. ADB Announces Recruitment Of Various Posts– 2012
The Punjab State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank Limited invites on-line applications from eligible candidates for the following posts of Assistant Managers, Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operators & Field Officers.
The applicants can fill in the ONLINE application forms for the above-mentioned posts on the website www.nitttrchd.ac.in.
The details of the vacancies are as follows:
Profile of the Positions with Number of Vacancies:
- Assistant Manager – 40 posts (SC-10, BC-05, Sportsmen-01, Ex-SM-05, PWD-01)
- Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator – 100 posts (SC-25, BC-12, Sportsmen-03, Ex-SM-13, Freedom Fighter-01, PWD-03)
- Field Officer – 100 posts (SC-25, BC-12, Sportsmen-03, Ex-SM-13, Freedom Fighter-01, PWD-03)

Pay scale, allowances and perquisites:
- For Assistant Manager posts: Rs.10300 – Rs.34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.3800
- For Clerical and Field Officer posts: Rs.10300 – Rs.34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.3200
Mode of Application:
The applications can be submitted Online only through the website www.nitttrchd.ac.in. The applicant have to pay the requisite fees and can submit an Online Application Form as prescribed with scanned copy of photograph and signature.

Important Dates:
- Closing date for filing Online Application and fee remittance: 8th October 2012 till 5:00PM
- Last date for sending completed Online Application with all required documents: 12th October 2012 till 5:00PM
- Last date for Paying Application fees through Bank challan: 1st October 2012
Application fees:
For the Post of Assistant Manager:
- For SC/ ST: Rs.500
- For all others: Rs. 1000
For the Post of Clerical and Field Officer:
- For SC/ ST: Rs.400
- For all others: Rs. 800
How to pay the fees:
- The last date for Paying Application fees is 1st October 2012
- The online application of the candidates will be activated only after three working days from the date of submission of application fee with Punjab National Bank branches in the prescribed Challan form.
- The fees can be paid at any counter of Punjab National Bank through the system generated application fee challan as per the format specified at the website of the bank
Age:
- For all categories and for all positions the age of the candidates must be within 18-45 years
Essential Academic Qualification:
- 1. Assistant Manager:
Academics: Must possess First Class B.Com./ First Class B.Sc. (Agriculture)/ First Class M.B.A. Preferential Qualifications – M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy)/ M.Sc. Agriculture Economics/ C.A./ M.Com.
- 2. Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator:
Academics: Must be a Graduate from a recognized University along with six months Computer Applications Course from a recognized University or ISO-9001 certified Institution
OR, Graduate with ‘O’ Level Certificate from DOEACC, Govt. of India
OR, BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ B.Sc. (Comp. Sc.)/ B.Sc. (Economics) or B.A/ B.Sc. or B.Tech. with Computer Science as an elective subject
- The candidates must have passed Punjabi Examination of Matriculation Standard
- The candidates must have typing speed in English and Punjabi with a minimum speed of 30 w.p.m.
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential
- 3. Field Officer:
Academics: Must be a Second Class Graduate from a recognized University along with six months Computer Applications Course from a recognized University or ISO-9001 certified Institution
OR, Second Class Graduate with ‘O’ Level Certificate from DOEACC, Govt. of India
OR, Second Class BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ B.Sc. (Comp. Sc.)/ B.Sc. (Economics) or B.A/ B.Sc. or B.Tech. with Computer Science as an elective subject
- The candidates must have passed Punjabi Examination of Matriculation Standard
- Preferential Qualification – The candidate may be qualified Patwari from Revenue Training Centre OR, Having Training in Agriculture Development Banking from a Regional Training Centre
Selection Procedure:
- Selection procedure will be by way of Written Test and Group Discussion/ Interview.
- The dates for Written Test will be intimated in due course through national daily newspapers and on the website if NITTTR at //www.nitttrchd.ac.in
- There will be negative marking of 25% in the Written Test
- The question papers will be in English Only
- The reevaluation of OMR answer sheets can be done by payment of additional fees of Rs.500
- No TA/DA will be admissible for Written test
