The National Human Right Commission is a public body constituted on 12 Oct 1993 under the protection Human Rights Ordinance of 28 September 1993. They are responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, defined by the act of “rights related to life” , liberty, equity and dignity.

The National Human Rights has invited applicants for the below mentioned posts that are-
- Registrar (Law)-Deputation/short term contract/reemployment.
- Presenting officer- Deputation failing which by reemployment/contract
- Assistant Registrar (Law) Deputation failing by short term contract/reemployment
- Superintendent of Police (Deputation failing by short term contract/reemployment)
- Inspector (Deputation falling by short term contract/reemployment)
- Protocol Assistant(Deputation/Reemployment/Short term Contract)
- Research Assistant (Deputation falling by reemployment/Short term contract)
- Junior accountant (Deputation)
Total Number of Vacancies:
The number of vacancies for the registrar, presenting officer, assistant registrar, S.O.P, Protocol Assistant are 1 each and for Inspector the number of vacancies are-11 whereas for Research Assistant, junior accountant is 2 each.
Important Dates:
The last date of receipt of application will be- 20 February 2013.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit specified for each post should not be more than 56 years.
Pay Scale:
The pay scale offered for the post of Registrar is Rs. 67000-79000, for presenting officer the pay scale is-Rs. 37400-67000+10000 grade pay, for Assistant registrar is Rs.15600-39100+6600 grade pay, pay for S.O.P is Rs. 9300-34800+5400 grade pay, for inspector pay is Rs.9300-34800+4600 grade pay, for protocol assistant and research assistant the pay is Rs.9330-34800+4200 grade pay and for junior accountant the pay offered is Rs. 5200-20200+2800 grade pay.
Selection Process:
The selection is based upon the norms and procedure specified through the recruitment authority based upon the number of vacancies.

The applications for deputation of the eligible candidates in the prescribed Application Form must be duly certified by the forwarding authority along with attested photocopies of ACRs for the last 5 years and vigilance/ disciplinary clearance are mandatory.
