Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is a project of the government of Maharashtra and is one of the leading corporations of Maharashtra. It provides businesses with infrastructure such as land (open plot or built-up spaces), roads, water supply, drainage facilities and street lights.
With the recent notification from the MIDC, it intends to recruit various profiles of Senior Management posts in Accounts and other administration areas.
The details of the criteria and other requirements are detailed as follows:

- Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: 03 Posts (SC-01, UR-02)
- Manager (Law): 04 Posts (SC-01, UR-03)
Category-B:
- Accountant Officer: 07 Posts (ST-01, SC-01, UR-03, and Other Backward Classes -02)
- Area Manager: 18 Posts (ST-01, SC-02, UR-10, and Other Backward Classes -05)
- Assistant Public Relation Officer: 01 Post (UR)
Category-C:
- Assistants: 103 Posts (ST-07, SC-13, UR-50, and Other Backward Classes -33)
NOTE: Posts are reserved for eligible category of candidates as per rules.
Pay Scale and Remunerations:
- Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: The candidates getting selected will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.15600 – Rs.39100 along with a Grade Pay of Rs.5400.
- Manager (Law): The candidates getting selected will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.15600 – Rs.39100 along with a Grade Pay of Rs.5400.
- Accountant Officer: The candidates getting selected will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 along with a Grade Pay of Rs.4400.
- Area Manager: The candidates getting selected will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 along with a Grade Pay of Rs.4400.
- Assistant Public Relation Officer: The candidates getting selected will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 along with a Grade Pay of Rs.4300.
- Assistants: The candidates getting selected will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 along with a Grade Pay of Rs.2800.
- The candidates will be eligible for other allowances and perks as per norms.
Details of Eligibility Criteria:
Age:
- The applicants should have attended 18 years of age and must not have crossed 33 years of age as on 25-July-2014.
- However, there will be relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category of candidates from the Maharashtra state as per rules.
Academics:
- Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: The candidates must have completed Graduation with MBA in Finance with at least B+ Grade or equivalent.
- Manager (Law): The candidates must have completed Company Secretary (CS) as recognized by the government of India and should be able to draft legal documents in Marathi and Hindi.
- Accountant Officer: The candidates must have completed Graduation in Commerce.
- Area Manager: The candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline.
- Assistant Public Relation Officer: The candidates must have completed Graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relation.
- Assistants: The candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline and should be familiar with Computer operation with a pass certificate of MSCIT
- The applicants must have proficiency of Marathi language.
- The candidates should be familiar with Computer operation
Application fees:
For category-A:
- For General & Unreserved category: Rs.700
- For reserved category of Maharashtra: Rs.350
For category-B:
- For General & Unreserved category: Rs.600
- For reserved category of Maharashtra: Rs.300
For category-C:
- For General & Unreserved category: Rs.500
- For reserved category of Maharashtra: Rs.250
- The fee can be paid through the cash with the fee payment challan as available with the website during filling the Online Application Form and should be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India/ Axis Bank.
- There is no fee for Ex-Serviceman candidates.
Selection Procedure:
- The selection of candidates will be done through a procedure of Written Examination followed by Personal Interview as desired by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
- The decision of the MIDC will be final and binding on the candidates.
