Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- (Pay Band-3) plus Grade Pay Rs. 6000/-
Qualification: Candidates must have Master’s level in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case candidates belongs to SC/ ST/ Pwd Category; or an equivalent grade) from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
Candidates must have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/ CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC (state level eligibility SLET/ SET). Candidates who have been awarded Ph.D degree in compliance of the UGC Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility of NET/ SLET/ SET.
