Upper Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01-July-2014 [Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules]
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed in High School from secondary education board Uttar Pradesh, and Intermediate Examination with Science Subject or equivalent examination recognised by government; and Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery, and registered with State Nursing Faculty.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be eligible to get the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay Rs. 4600/- and other allowances admissible as per Uttar Pradesh Government Rules.

For SC/ ST category candidates: Rs. 500/-
