Educational Qualification and Experiences:
Assistant Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours)– Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any Government recognized University/Institute in India and with minimum four years work
experience in Tours/Travel/Air Ticketing. OR Possess full time Graduate with 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in Tourism/Marketing Management from any Government recognised University/Institute in India and with minimum two years work experience in Tours/Travel/Air Ticketing.
General Manager (Civil)– Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or 5 years integrated Master’s degree in civil engineering from recognized Indian University / Institute with minimum 60% marks. Candidates should have minimum 17 years’ post qualification experience as Civil engineer.
Deputy General Manager (E&M)– Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 5 years integrated Master’s degree in electrical engineering engineering from recognized Indian University / Institute with minimum 60% marks. Candidates should have minimum 12 years’ post qualification experience as Electrical engineer.
Deputy General Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours)– Candidates must possess MBA/ 2yrs PG Diploma/ Masters with minimum 60% marks in Marketing & Sales/Tours/ Travel/ Tourism. Candidates should have minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Tours and Travels.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years for General Manager, Deputy General Manager and 30 years for Assistant Manager posts as on 01-April-2022.
Pay Scale: Rs. Rs. 80,000- 2,20,000/- for General Manager, Rs. 70,000- 2,00,000/- for Deputy General Manager and Rs. 40,000- 1,40,000/- for Assistant Manager posts.
