10+2 TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME
COURSE – 29 COMMENCING FROM JUL 2013
Vacancies are for unmarried 12th passed Indian male candidates for four years military/technical training.
Nature of the Post:
The candidates will be permanently commissioned in Army after 4 years of course.
Total Number of Vacancies:
Total number of vacancies is 85 and can be changed accordingly by the recruitment cell.
Last date of receiving application form along with application fee and other documents is November 26, 2012(1700 hrs).
Applicant must be an Indian citizen. Other details of citizenship eligibility can be referred from the notifications.
Educational qualifications:-Candidates should be 12th passed with 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board or organisation.
The age of the applicant must fall within 16½-19½ years that is the candidate should have born after January 1 1994 and before January 1 1997(both dates inclusive).
During the period of training candidates will be paid as army cadets. The stipend given to them will be Rs. 21,000/- per month which included Rs 15,600/- in Pay Band along with Rs. 5,400/- Grade Pay. On the successful completion of training of 4 years candidates will be commissioned as permanent officers with pay as per rank.
Applications will be shortlisted on the basis of applications and will be called for SSB (Services Selection Board) mainly in Allahabad, Bhopal or Bangalore .The SSB interview will be of 5 days (excluding Sundays).Candidates will be put through stage 1 that is psychological Test, Group Discussions and interviews on day 1.Not qualifying candidates will be returned on the first day only. In next 3-5 days medical test will carried out. On the basis of these tests merit list will be generated on the basis of which candidates will be selected for training.

Candidates are required to fill the form given on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic in .after successful filling of the application form a unique roll number will be generated by the website which is needed to be saved by the candidate for future reference.
Candidates are required to take 2 copies of print out of the filled applications. One is to be self signed, photograph affixed and attested by the gazatted officer along with photocopies of 10th mark sheet and 12th class pass certificate and mark sheet (attested) to be send to the” Additional Directorate General of Recruiting (Rtg-6), TES Section, West Block-III, R.K puram, New Delhi- 110066”not later that 10 December 2012.second copy is to be carried by the candidate in SSB interviews.
