Department of Posts, Government of India, is holding a Stamp Design Competition for Republic Day 2016, on the theme “Vibrant India”.
The participants are to make an original design. The design could be in ink, water, colour, oil colour or any other medium but Computer printed/ printout will not be allowed.
Candidates may use drawing paper, art paper or any other type of white paper of A4 size.
Prize Money: Selected designs will get the prize money of Rs. 10,000/- as First prize, Rs. 6000/- as Second prize, and Rs. 4000/- as Third prize.
Last Date for Receipt of Design- 30-November-2015
Candidates are suggested to write the Name of the participant, Age, Gender, Nationality, Full and complete residential address with Pin Code, Phone/Mobile Number, E-mail ID on back side of design; and sent through “Speed Post” only, in A4 size envelope To, ADG (Philately), Room No. 108(B), Dak Bhawan, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001
The envelope containing the design must be superscribed as “Republic Day 2016- Stamp Design Contest”
