The notified vacancies are for Junior Stenographers, Lower Division Clerks, Clerk-cum-Typist and Peons.

Details of vacancies:
- Junior Stenographer: 13 Posts (Gen-09, OBC-02, Ex-SM-01, CFF-01)
- Lower Division Clerk: 06 Posts (Gen-05, Ex-SM-01)
- Clerk-cum-Typist: 10 Posts (General and on Daily-Wage basis)
- Peon: 02 Posts (Gen-01, Ex-SM-01)
NOTE: Reservation for appropriate categories will be applicable as per norms.
Pay Scale and Remunerations:
- Junior Stenographer: The selected candidates will be eligible for a scale pay in the range of Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 + grade Pay of Rs. 2400 as applicable for PB-I posts.
- Lower Division Clerk: The selected candidates will be eligible for a scale pay in the range of Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 + grade Pay of Rs. 1900 as applicable for PB-I posts.
- Clerk-cum-Typist: The selected candidates will be eligible for a daily wage of Rs.297 per payday.
- Peon: The selected candidates will be eligible for a scale pay in the range of Rs.4440 – Rs.7440 + grade Pay of Rs. 1300 as applicable for Grade-IV (1S) posts.
- In addition to other allowances and perks will be admissible as per norms.
Academics:
- Junior Stenographer: The applicants should have completed at least Matriculation standard of education or equivalent. They should possess shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in English and Typing Speed of 35 words per minute in English (equivalent to 10500 key depressions per hour) along with thorough knowledge of Konkani. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable for these posts.
- Lower Division Clerk: The applicants should have completed at least Matriculation standard of education or equivalent and should possess Typing Speed of 30 words per minute in English (equivalent to 9000 key depressions per hour) along with thorough knowledge of Konkani. Knowledge of Marathi and knowledge of word-processing (MS-Word etc.) and data-entry is desirable for these posts.
- Clerk-cum-Typist: The applicants should have completed at least Matriculation standard of education or equivalent and should possess Typing Speed of 30 words per minute in English (equivalent to 9000 key depressions per hour) along with thorough knowledge of Konkani. Knowledge of Marathi and knowledge of word-processing (MS-Word etc.) and data-entry is desirable for these posts.
- Peon: The applicants should have completed at least Middle English (ME) standard of education or equivalent preferably in English and should possess thorough knowledge of Konkani. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable for these posts.
Age Requirement:
- The candidates should not have exceeded maximum age of 42 years as on the last date of submission (receipt) of application.
- There will be relaxation in upper age limit as per norms for SC/ST/OBC and other privileged categories of the state.
