Ministry of Shipping, Directorate of Lighthouses & Lightships invites application from eligible candidates for Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted posts, Navigational Assistant and Technician (Electronics).

Age Limit as on February 28, 2014: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs. 2800/-
Educational Qualification:
- Navigational Assistant: Candidates should have completed Diploma in Electronics, or Telecommunication, or Electronics & Communication, or Electrical and Electronics from central government or state government recognized institutions with One year’s practical experience in the relevant field.
- Technician (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics with one year experience in the installation and maintenance of wireless transmitter receivers, aerial systems and associated power plant.
Selection Process: Written Exam, followed by Interview
