Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited, a government of Chhattisgarh undertaking, invites online applications from eligible candidates for Junior Engineer (T&D)/ (Civil) – Trainee in various disciplines as Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical, and Civil.
Candidates with Domicile of Chhattisgarh are only eligible to apply for this position. Candidates may apply for any one discipline only. Successful candidates will be on training for a period of 12 months. Selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs.1.75 lakhs, to serve the Power Companies for a minimum period of four years including period of training.

Age Limit as on 03-November-2014:
Candidates should have completed minimum age of 19 years, and not exceeded maximum age of 35 years for unreserved candidates, 40 years for OBC/ SC/ ST male candidates, and 45 years for UR/ OBC/ SC/ ST female candidates. There will be relaxation in age limit for ex-serviceman as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have completed three years of Engineering Diploma in Electrical/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Civil discipline from any Government recognized Institute (Approved by AICTE).
Stipend during Training: Rs. 12, 000/- Per Month
Pay Scale: Rs. 12775 – 450 (5)– 15025 – 675 (11)– 22450 – 900 (8) –29650 – 1250 (7) –38400/-
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on basis of written test. The written examination will be conducted at Raipur, Bilaspur, Jagdalpur, Ambikapur, Bhilai-Durg, Rajnandgaon, and Korba.
