Qualification:
For Fitter/ Electrician/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle/ Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance/ Welder/ Machinist/ Instrument Mechanic/ Turner/ Auto Electrician/ Heavy Vehicles Mechanic/ Draughtsman Trades- Candidates must have passed matriculation/ 10th Class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent with the prescribed NTC (ITI) qualification recognized by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT).
For Computer Operator & Programming Assistant Trade- Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 12th class examination under 10+2 system of education with Science or Commerce or duly recognized diploma in engineering (other than computers) from any polytechnic of three years.
For Laboratory Assistant, Attendant Operator, and Advanced Attendant Operator Trades- Candidates must possess B.Sc. Degree with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory and Mathematics or Biology as desirable subject may apply.
For Accountant- B.Com
For Back Office Assistant- Any Bachelor’s Degree
For Executive (Marketing)- MBA (Marketing)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management
For Executive (Human Resource)- MBA (HR)/ MSW/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relation
For Executive (Computer Science)- MCA
For Executive (Finance & Accounts)- CA/ ICWA/ MFC/ MBA (Finance & Accounts)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management
For Security Guard- Matriculation
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 24 years as on 01-July-2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Stipend: Candidates will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/-
Selection process: The selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in their respective ITI trades/ Diploma/ Degree.
