Gramin Swasthya Sanyojak (Male)- 763 Vacancies in the Scale of Pay Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2200/-
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Zoology Subject. Candidates should have completed 12 months training from recognised institute, and have valid registration with Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.

Gramin Swasthya Sanyojak (Female)- 396 Vacancies in the Scale of Pay Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2200/-
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Zoology Subject. Candidates should have completed 18 months training from recognised institute, and have valid registration with Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.

Last Date for Submission of Online Application: 20-August-2016
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years as on 01-January-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.
Application Fee:
Rs.350/- for general category candidates
Rs. 250/- for OBC category candidates
Rs.200/- for For SC/ ST category candidates
Candidates can pay the examination fee through online mode (Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card), or through SBI bank challan.
