Cent Bank Home Finance Limited (CBHFL) Invites Applications for the Posts of Officers and Executives

Applications are invited for the following posts of Officers, Senior Officers, Executives and Senior Executives:

1. Officer 22 Posts Post Code – OF 01
2. Senior Officer 15 Posts Post Code – SO 02
3. Executive 15 Posts Post Code – EX 03
4. Senior Executive 13 Posts Post Code – SE 04
5. Senior Executive (IT – Specialist) 01 Post Post Code – SEIT 05
6. Senior Executive (HR – Specialist) 01 Post Post Code – SEHR 06

Age Limit:

1. Officer 27 Years
2. Senior Officer 30 Years
3. Executive 32 Years
4. Senior Executive 35 Years
5. Senior Executive (IT – Specialist) 35 Years
6. Senior Executive (HR – Specialist) 35 Years

Qualifications And Experience Required for above mentioned post;

1. Officer:
Graduation with minimum 55% marks. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have working experience of minimum 1 year in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company.

2. Senior Officer:
Post Graduate with minimum 55%. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have experience of minimum 2 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company.

3. Executive:
MBA with minimum 60%. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have experience of working of minimum 3 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in
Jr./Middle Management cadre.

4. Senior Executive:
MBA/Any Professional degree with minimum 60% marks. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have working experience of minimum 5 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in middle management cadre.

5. Senior Executive (Specialist – IT):
MCA/BE/B.Tech/M.sc (Computer Science)/Any Professional degree holder in IT with minimum 60% marks. Candidate should have working experience of minimum 5 Years of handling IT projects on Core Banking platform in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in Middle Management cadre.

6. Senior Executive (Specialist – HR):
MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management with minimum 60% marks. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have working experience of minimum 5 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in Human Resource department.

CBHFL Recruitment Method:
Selection of a candidate will be made on the basis of personal interview. Merit list will be prepared on the decision of the Company.

Application Fee:
Fee of Rs 400/- should be paid by DD drawn in any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank in favor of “Cent Bank Home Finance Limited CBHFL”, payable at Bhopal. It is necessary to write Candidates Name & Post applied for _____ on the back side of the DD.
Rs 50/- in case of ST / SC / PH / OBC Candidates.
