Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (BMSICL) has been established with an objective to expedite creation and streamlining of existing infrastructure and services in the healthcare sector of the state. The Corporation is the sole procurement and distribution agency of drugs and equipment for all establishments under the Department of Health, Govt. of Bihar, along with undertaking of construction of healthcare facilities/ infrastructure in the State.
With the recent requirement of BMSICL, it intends to fill-up competent positions of Dy. General Manager, Manager, Asst. Manager and Executives through an open merit recruitment procedure.

Pay Scale and Remunerations:
- Dy. General Manager: The candidates selected for the posts will be entitled to receive a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.55000 – Rs.80000 as per their years of experience and seniority, as well as other advantages.
- Manager: The candidates selected for the posts will be entitled to receive a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.30000 – Rs.55000 as per their years of experience and seniority, as well as other advantages.
- Assistant Manager: The candidates selected for the posts will be entitled to receive a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.20000 – Rs.30000 as per their years of experience and seniority, as well as other advantages.
- Executive: The candidates selected for the posts will be entitled to receive a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.15000 – Rs.20000 as per their years of experience and seniority, as well as other advantages.
- Apart from that they will also be entitled to receive other perks and benefits as per rules.
Academic Requirements & Experience:
- Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts): The candidates interested for these positions must have obtained CS/ CA/ MBA (Fin)/ CFA/ CWA/ PG in Finance. They must have minimum 4 years of experience in a Managerial Capacity in the concerned areas.
- Dy. General Manager (Logistics): The candidates interested for these positions must have obtained MBA OR, Post-Graduation in (Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operations/ Logistics/ Transport/ Supply Chain/ Pharma) Or, Graduate in Production/ EE/ Process/ Mechanical/ Biomedical/ Biochemical/ Bio-engineering/ Clinical Engg/ Industrial/ Chemical Engineering. They must have minimum 4 years of experience in a Managerial Capacity in the concerned areas. Experience of working in large Medical College or Hospital is desirable.
- Dy. General Manager (Drugs): The candidates interested for these positions must have obtained Graduate Degree in Pharmacy/ Biotech/ Bioengineering/ Clinical Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Biochemical OR, PG in Pharma Management/ Biotech/ MBBS. They must have minimum 4 years of experience in a Managerial Capacity in the concerned areas. Experience of working in large Medical College or Hospital as well as extensive knowledge of purchasing methods and systems and In-depth understanding of procurement of drugs and surgical supplies is desirable.
- Manager (Equipment): The candidates interested for these positions must have obtained MBA/ MBBS/ Graduate Degree in Biomedical/ Bio-Engineering/ Process/ Clinical Engg./ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Control/ EE. Experience of working in large Medical College or Hospital is desirable.
- Assistant Manager (Logistics/ Warehouse): The candidates interested for these positions must have obtained Graduate Degree in Pharmacy/ Biotech/ Bioengineering/ Clinical Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Biochemical/ PG in Pharma Management/ Biotech/ MBBS. Understanding of procurement of drugs and other hospital supplies & Knowledge of Materials Management, Supply Chain Management and Contracts Management is desirable for this post.
- Assistant Manager (Personal Assistant): The candidates interested for these positions must be a Graduate Degree holder with a typing speed of 30 words per minute. Good Knowledge of Typing/ Shorthand and Computer Operation is desirable for these posts.
- Executive (Logistics/ Warehouse): The candidates interested for these positions must have obtained a Graduation/ Diploma in Pharmacy Science after Graduation.
- The candidates having higher qualification and experience will be preferred for these posts.
Age Requirement:
- The applicant must not have attended 40 years (for General/ Unreserved category) of age.
- However, there will be relaxation in upper age limit for other privileged class (SC/ST/BC/EBC/Women etc) of candidates.

Mode of Selection:
- The candidates for the above the positions will be shortlisted through Written/ Online/ Typing Test for interview on the basis of their career credentials and experience
- A Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Academics, Experience and marks obtained in the Interview.
