Assam Public Service Commission invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment of Audit Officers (Local Fund) through Assam Local Fund Audit Service (Promotion) Examination. Candidates must apply through Proper Channel.

Name of the Posts along with Vacancies: Audit Officer (Local Fund) – 18 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Candidate should be Assistant Audit Officers working under the control of Director of Audit (Local Fund), Assam who have completed at least three years of service as on 01-January-2015.
Pay Scale: Rs. 8000/- 35000/- (Pay Band- 3) + Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- + other allowances as admissible
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of written exam.
Examination Fee:
- For SC/ ST category candidates: Rs. 25/-
- For All other category candidates: Rs. 50/-
- Candidates can make the payment in form of Copy of original Treasury Receipt as examination fee deposited into the Treasury (in Indian Union) under the Head of Account “Non-Tax Revenue- Other Non Tax Revenue, 0051 PSC, 102 State PSC, Examination Fee Receipt Of APSC”

Candidates may send duly completed application in prescribed application format, along with two copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted officer, required documents/ certificates as suggested in official advertisement to the office of the Assam Public Service Commission.
