Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised university/Board. Candidates should have Certification in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognised Institution or Equivalent.
Candidates must be registered ‘A’ grade Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for male nurses.
Candidates with B.Sc.Nursing/ B.Sc.(Hons) Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic Diploma or higher qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-

For SC/ST category candidates: Rs.100/-
For General/OBC category candidates: Rs.500/-
Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam (Objective type multiple choice questions) held at Patna, and Interview.
