अपरेंटिस एक्ट 1961 के अंतर्गत एक्ट प्रशिक्षुओं (ट्रेड अपरेंटिस ) की भर्ती – West Central Railway invites online applications from interested candidates for engagement of 2521 Trade Apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentice Act 1961 in the designated trades under KOTA Division, JBP Division, BPL Division, WRS KOTA, CRWS BPL and HQ JBP over West Central Railway.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% (aggregate marks) plus ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
Eligibility Criteria Qualification:
The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board.
Candidates must possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination and candidates whose results of the qualifying examination are awaited are not eligible. Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for an apprenticeship.
Eligibility Criteria Age Limit:
The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 17-November-2022. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates. For Persons with Disability, upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years.
Application Fee: General/ OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- and SC/ST/PH/Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. Applicants are suggested to pay the fee through online mode.

Selection of candidates will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both Matriculation[with minimum 50%(aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weight-age to both.
Selected candidates called For DV will have to submit Medical Certificates in the prescribed Proforma enclosed at Annexure G. The Medical Certificate should be signed by Government Authorities Doctor (Gazetted) not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon of Central/State Hospital.
The Selected Candidates engaged as Apprentices will undergo Apprenticeship training for a period of one year and will be paid a Stipend during the training at the prescribed rate.
