WBPSC Advertisement No. 25/2018– Public Service Commission, West Bengal invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for recruitment of Sub-divisional Information & Cultural Officer Positions in the West Bengal SUB-ORDINATE INFORMATION AND CULTURAL SERVICE under I AND CA Department, Government of West Bengal. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination and Personality Test.
Sub-divisional Information & Cultural Officer: 32 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 9,000 – 40,500/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4700/-

Filling up of online application will be commencing from: The 14th August, 2018
Closing date for receipt of online application: The 4th September, 2018
Last date of fees payment: The 4th September, 2018
Offline payment of fees can be made up to the 5th September, 2018 at any branches of UBI. However, the Challan for making the payment in bank should be generated by the 4th September, 2018.
Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in from a recognized University/Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 36 years as on 01.01.2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Application Fee:
Rs. 160/- + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs.5/- plus 18% G.S.T. on convenience fee for online payment through debit/credit cards;
Convenience fee of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only plus 18% G.S.T. on convenience fee for online payment through net banking;
Service Charge of Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty) only for offline payment through bank counter.
SC/ ST candidates of West Bengal, and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee.
