Educational Qualification:
Management Trainee (Technical): Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Civil/ Chemical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical discipline as per individual post, from a recognized University/ Institute.
Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates must have passed ICAI or ICWAI.
Management Trainee (HR & Welfare): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates should have passed MA (HRM)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognized University.
Management Trainee (Corporate Communications): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates must have passed Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Journalism / Public Relations from a recognized University.
NOTE: minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years/ semesters is required for all the qualification Degree/ Diploma.
