TPSC Recruitment Advt. No. 16/2022 Direct Recruitment (Permanent)
Tripura Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Junior Engineer, TES Grade V(A); Junior Engineer Grade I (Group-B Gazetted); Junior Engineer, TES Grade V(B); and Junior Engineer Grade II (Group-C Non-Gazetted) Posts in various branches under Public Works Department and Rural Development Department, Government of Tripura.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Examination (MCQ Type) carrying 100 marks, Main (written) Examination carrying 500 marks and Interview-cum-Personality Test carrying 50 marks.
Written Examination carrying 500 marks [100 marks for “General Studies paper of one hour duration, 200 marks each for two optional Papers in the appropriate branch of engineering of three hours duration].
Final selection of candidates shall be made in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained by a candidate in aggregate in the Main (written) examination and the marks obtained by him/her in the interview cum personality test.

Pay Scale:
Pay of Rs.47,600/- pay matrix’s Cell -1 of Level-13 for Junior Engineer, TES Grade V(A)
Pay of Rs.34,700/- pay matrix’s Cell-1 of Level-10 for Junior Engineer, TES Grade V(B)
Qualification:
For Junior Engineer, TES Grade-V(A): Candidates must possess Degree in an appropriate Branch of Engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent academic qualification.
For Junior Engineer, TES Grade-V(B): Candidates must possess Diploma in an appropriate Branch of Engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent academic qualification.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years as on 26-12-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government orders.

Group C Posts:
Rs. 200/- only for General Candidates
