Tripura Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Agriculture Officer, TAFS, Grade-I, Group-B Gazetted under the Department of Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare, Government of Tripura.
Agriculture Officer- 60 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 13
Starting Date for Submission of Online Applications: 09-December-2022
Last Date for Submission of Online Applications: 09-January-2023
Qualification- Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from a recognised university.
Upper Age Limit: 40 years as on 9th of January 2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 10,230 to 34,800 with GP Rs. 4,800 and pay level 13 of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam of 180 marks and interview/ personality test of 20 marks.
Application Fee: Online Mode Rs. 350/- for General Candidates and Rs. 250/- for ST/ SC/ BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped Candidates.

Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio- data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website viz tpsc.tripura.gov.in
Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s website.
