Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Management Trainee (R&D and QC)/ Junior Officer (R&D and QC)/Assistant Officer (R&D and QC) Posts for its TNPL Unit-I at Kagithapuram in Karur District, Tamil Nadu.
Management Trainee (R&D and QC)/ Junior Officer (R&D and QC)/Assistant Officer (R&D and QC): 12 Vacancies

Candidates selected for Management Trainee (R&D and QC) Position, will be on training for a period of two years with a stipend of Rs. 22,500/- per month for first year, and Rs. 25,350/- per month for second year. On completion of training period, candidates shall be absorbed in pay scale of Rs. 13900-320-17100/-.
Candidates selected for Junior Officer (R&D and QC) Post will get the scale of pay Rs. 13900-320-17100/-; And Candidates selected for Assistant Officer (R&D and QC) Post will get the scale of pay Rs. 15000-380-18800/-.
Qualification: Candidates must possess three years full time B.Sc. Degree with first class and two years full time M.Sc. (Chemistry) with first class. OR
Candidates must possess full time B.E./ B.Tech. in Pulp and Paper Technology with first class. OR
Candidates must possess full time Bachelor’s Degree in Science Subject with first class, and full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience:
FRESHERS are welcome for Management Trainee (R&D and QC).
Candidates should have minimum 3 years of post qualification experience for Junior Officer (R&D and QC); and minimum 3 years of post qualification experience for Assistant Officer (R&D and QC).
Experience Area- Laboratory in an integrated Pulp & Paper/ Multilayer Double Coated Board mill in testing / analysis of fibrous and non-fibrous raw materials, in process testing of Chemical / Mechanical pulping process and Chemical Recovery operation, Pulp evaluation, testing of Paper / Paper Board, Water / Waste water, Chemicals, etc.
Age Limit: As on 01-May-2018
Maximum 25 years for General Turn, 27 years for BC/BCM/MBC/DNC, and 30 years for SC/SCA/ST for Management Trainee (R&D and QC)/ Junior Officer (R&D and QC)
Minimum 25 years for General Turn, 27 years for BC/BCM/MBC/DNC, and 30 years for SC/SCA/ST for Assistant Officer (R&D and QC)
