The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Union Territory Mission Authority of Dadra and Nagar Haveli invites applications from the eligible candidates for the posts of Primary and Upper Primary School teacher on Contract basis on a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 26,400/- per month.

Primary School Teacher (Classes I-V): 75 Posts
Upper Primary School Teacher (Classes VI-VIII): 181 Posts
Candidates must have passed in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose, that is CTET and Gujarat TET.
Qualification:
Primary School Teacher-
- Candidates must have passed senior secondary or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and two years diploma in elementary education; or
- Candidates must have passed senior secondary or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and four year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.); or
- Candidates must have passed senior secondary or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and two years diploma in special education; or
- Candidates must be graduate, and two years diploma in elementary education.
Upper Primary School Teacher-
- Candidates must be graduate, and have two years diploma in elementary education; or
- Candidates must be graduate with at least 50% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed); or
- Candidates must be graduate with at least 45% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE; or
- Candidates must be graduate with at least 50% marks and two years diploma in special education; or
- Candidates must have passed senior secondary or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and four year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.); or
- Candidates must have passed senior secondary or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and four years B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 19-June-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Weightage to marks obtained in TET, Educational & Professional Qualification, and Domicile of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
