SIKKIM STATE CIVIL SERVICE
Under Secretary- 18 Vacancies in Pay Matrix Level- 15
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Candidates should have attained the age of 21 years and should not exceed 40 years as on 01-10-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
SIKKIM STATE POLICE SERVICE
Deputy Superintendent of Police- 14 Vacancies in Pay Matrix Level- 16
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate from a recognized University.
Candidates must have fulfill minimum physical measurements. Candidates will have to qualify the physical endurance test to be eligible for consideration.
Physical Standard:
Age Limit: Candidates should have attained the age of 21 years and should not exceed 32 years as on 01-10-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
SIKKIM STATE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS SERVICE
Accounts Officer- 30 Vacancies in Pay Matrix Level- 15
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate from a recognized University. Candidates should have undergone a Computer Course of minimum three months duration from a recognized institute.
Age Limit: Candidates should have attained the age of 21 years and should not exceed 40 years as on 01-10-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 15-NOVEMBER-2022
Application Fee: Rs. 500/- Applicants are suggested to pay the application fee through online mode.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Exam, followed by main (written) examination, viva-voce and scrutiny of documents.
Preliminary Examination as a Screening Test (2 papers)
Paper I -General Studies of 200 Marks
- Current Events of State, National & International importance.
- History of India and Indian National Movement.
- Main features of Indian Constitution.
- Indian Polity and governance-Constitution, Political system, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights issues, etc.
- General Science.
- Demographics, Social Sector Initiatives, etc.
- General Issues on environmental ecology, bio-diversity and climate change
- Economic and social development – sustainable development, poverty, demographics main environmental, social, educational, health, rural & urban development, etc.
- General aspect about law & order and international security.
Paper II – Aptitude test of 200 Marks
- Comprehension
- Interpersonal skills including communication skill.
- Logical reasoning and analytical ability.
- General mental ability.
- Numeration- Numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, data interpretation, etc
Written – Main Examination after qualifying the preliminary examination.
- General English – 300 Marks [Qualifying]
- General Studies – 300 Marks
- General Papers (Two Optional Subjects) – 600 Marks (300 marks each)
Selected candidates after qualifying the Written Main Examination and Physical Efficiency Test will be allowed in the Viva Voce.
