NCL/HQ/PD/Manpower/DR/2018-19/471 Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the position of HEMM Operator Trainee for operating highly automated and advanced Heavy Earth Moving Machines.

Dragline Operator (T)- 60 Positions
Candidates selected for Dragline Operator (T) Post will be absorbed as trainee for a period of three years. Candidates will be paid Cat II wages (Basic of Rs 1034.34 per day) for first year of training and Cat III wages (Basic of Rs 1065.55 per day) for remaining two years of training, along with other allowances and payable as per the JBCCI X. On successful completion of 3-years training and being found suitable, candidates will be placed in the scale/ designation of Dragline Operator (T) Excavation Cat C in the cadre of Dragline Operator.
Candidates selected for All Other Posts will be absorbed as trainee for a period of three years. Candidates will be paid Cat I wages (Basic of Rs 1011.27 per day) and other allowances payable as per the JBCCI X. On successful completion of 3-years training and being found suitable, the candidates will be placed in the scale/designation of respective Cadre of Operator as Operator/ Operator (T) in Excavation Cat D scale of pay.

Qualification:
Dragline Operator (T): The candidate must have passed Matriculate/SSC/High School or equivalent from any recognized Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Candidates should have Valid HMV license issued from any RTA/RTO of Indian States along with Endorsement for Tractor Driving. Candidates possess ITI in Diesel Mechanic/ Motor Mechanic /Fitter Trades with Valid NCVT certificate of apprenticeship, will be preferred.
Drill operator (T): The candidate must have passed Matriculate/SSC/High School or equivalent from any recognized Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
All Others Posts: The candidate must have passed Matriculate/SSC/High School or equivalent from any recognized Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Candidates should have Valid HMV license issued from any RTA/ RTO of Indian States. Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 30 years as on 24 September 2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process: The candidate will be selected based on the Written Test.
