The National Health Mission NHM, Department of Health and Family welfare, Government of Himachal Pradesh, invites online applications from eligible candidates (bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh) for the post of Community Health Officer on contract basis at various Health and Wellness Centres- Health Sub-Centres in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
Community Health Officer- 940 Vacancies
Eligibility Criteria: B.Sc Nursing/ Post basic B.Sc Nursing candidates who has successfully completed the Integrated Course of Mid-Level Health Provider along with graduation (B.Sc Nursing/ Post basic B.Sc in Nursing as the case may be).
OR
Candidates successfully completed Bridge Programme for Certificate in Community Health (BPCCH) Course certified by IGNOU after doing B.Sc. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
Note- Candidates should be registered with the State Nursing Council of Himachal Pradesh.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years as on the last date of submission of application. Relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC, ST and OBC category candidates.
Remuneration: Rs. 25000/- PM (fixed) + Performance Linked Incentive (Maximum up-to Rs. 15000/- PM).
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination.
Candidates having one year working experience as CHO in Health Wellness Centre-Health Sub Centres will get 10 marks weightage for the purpose of drawing merit. Candidates having six months to one year working experience as CHO in Health Wellness Centre-Health Sub Centre will get 5 marks weightage for the purpose of drawing merit.
