Essential Academic Norms:
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO): The candidates should have Graduation in IT with 15 years in Banking experience or Post Graduation in IT with 10 years in Banking experience in the rank of AGM/DGM handling IT Dept. /Technology Centre/DR Site Management/New Technology Products. Qualification in CISA/CISM or any certificate specialization in IT with CAIIB shall be preferable.
- Chief Risk Officer (Head – Risk Management Dept.): The candidate must have Post Graduation with CAIIB. Should have at least 20 years Banking Experience (with 7 years experience) in the rank of Scale V/VI in Risk Management.
- Head – Human Resources Department: The candidate must have Post Graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with Law qualification (BL/LLB). Qualification in Labor Laws will be desirable. Should have at least 10 years experience in a Leading Commercial Bank in the rank of AGM/DGM with in operational aspects of Banking especially on all facets of HRD.
- Head – Audit & Inspection Department: The candidate must have Post-Graduation or Law qualification and CAIIB (preferred). Should have at least 10 years in banking experience in the rank of AGM/DGM, with exposure and practical experience in Audit and should also be served in Credit Department/Branch for at least for a period of 3 years. Legal knowledge is preferable.
- Head – Credit Monitoring: The candidate must have a degree from any discipline with MBA or Post Graduation with CAIIB preferred. Should have at least 10 years in banking experience preferably in the rank of AGM/DGM, handling Credit monitoring
- Regional Head (various locations PAN India): The candidate must have PG with CAIIB or CA & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in operations and administrative service preferably in the rank of CM/AGM.
- Head – Alternate Channels: The candidate must have a degree or Post Graduation with CAIIB & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in handling Electronic Banking channels, mobile and Internet Banking, Product Innovations, Product Development and Marketing, Financial Analysis & Research preferably in the rank of CM/AGM.
- DGM – Finance and Accounts: The candidate must have a Graduation/ Post Graduation from any discipline with CA. CAIIB will be added advantage. Should have at least 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM, handling finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet
- Head – Communications and Investor Relations: The candidate must have Post Graduate in literature or Mass Communication or MBA. Should have at least 10 years of experience as Public Relation Manager and thorough with all protocols, effective liaison with media both print and electronic media.
