Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
Candidates applying for Stenography discipline, must possess Master’s Degree with certificate course in Stenography from Government ITI.
Candidates applying for Computer Science discipline, must possess MCA from recognized University or DOEACC B Level Course.
Age Limit As on 01-January-2016:
Minimum 18 and Maximum 40 years for general category candidates; 42 years for Physically Challenged candidates, 43 years for RBA/ SC/ ST/ ALC/ SLC category candidates, and 48 years for Ex-serviceman
Examination Fee:
Rs.505/- for general Category Candidates
Rs 205/- for reserved category candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the examination fee in form of bank challan in the J&K Bank branch.

On successful submission of the online application, candidates will be able to print e-challan and application form, and can deposit fees in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the designated account number.
A counterfoil copy of the application fee payment e-challan duly authenticated by the bank with branch name & code no and date of deposit filled by the branch official shall be enclosed with the hard copy to be submitted in the office of the Commission.
Applicants are suggested to send print out of system generated online application form along this copy of the application fee payment e-challan, photocopies of documents/ certificates as per suggested in official recruitment advertisement by post/ courier to the Office of the PSC Complex located at Reshamgarh Colony, Jammu, Solina, Srinagar.
