The Selection process for the Post will comprise two level Interviews. Selected candidates will be placed in Grade C as Managers in the pay-scale of Rs. 32,900- 58,000/- (pre-revised). Expected basic pay for Grade C (Manager) after revision is Rs 80,000/-Rs 2,20,000/-.

Candidates should have minimum 8 years of experience in Chemical /Refining/Petro-chemical Industry, out of which minimum 5 years should be in Advanced Process Control/ Real time optimization experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31st October, 2017 for general category candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/PWD candidates will be applicable as per rules.
