Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess required educational qualification and experiences (15 years for GM, 12 years for AGM and 9 years for DGM Posts) in order to be eligible for consideration for said post(s). Upper Age Limit: 41 years for Dy. General Manager, 45 years for Addl. General Manager and 49 years for General Manager Positions as on 01-June-2021. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Persons with Disabilities (PWD)/ EWS and Ex- Servicemen will be as per Government guidelines.
Annual CTC: 14.06 Lakhs for Dy. General Manager, 16.07 Lakhs for Addl. General Manager and 18.08 Lakhs for General Manager Positions
Application Fee: Rs. 500/- Applicants belonging to the General and OBC (NCL) category are suggested to pay the application fee through online mode only. SC, ST, PWD & Departmental (Internal) candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test followed by group discussion followed by personal interview. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
