Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of a recognized University and have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up-to Matriculation standard or higher.
Candidates Should have enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 42 years as on 28-March-2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Application Fee:
Rs. 1000/- for Male Candidates of General Category including Dependent Sons of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana, and Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States.
Rs. 250/- for Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all states, and Male candidates of SC/ BC/ EBP Gen./ESM categories of Haryana only
Physically Handicapped candidates (with at least 40% disability) categories of Haryana are exempted from payment of application fee.
Candidates are suggested to take print out of the application form and fee Challan and deposit the fee in any branch of State Bank of India after 48 hours of filling online application and Challan generation.
