Excise and Taxation Inspector (on regular basis): 10 Vacancies
Inspector (Audit) Cooperative Societies (on contract basis): 04 Vacancies
Election Kanungo (on contract basis): 06 Vacancies

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on 01-January-2018. Relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Excise and Taxation Inspector (on regular basis): Rs. 10300-34800/- + Grade Pay 3600/-
Inspector (Audit) Cooperative Societies (on contract basis): Rs. 16600/- per month
Election Kanungo (on contract basis): Rs. 11910/- per month
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of objective type Preliminary Examination of three hours duration ( 200 Questions one mark each of multiple choice answers), main written examination of 500 marks.
Examination Fee:
General Category candidates: Rs. 400/-
OBC/ SC/ ST category candidates of Himachal Pradesh: Rs. 100/-
Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure, Blind, Visually Impaired candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
Candidates can pay requisite Examination Fees through “e-Payment” i.e. through Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking.
