Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, also called Haryana Legislative Assembly Secretariat, invites offline applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Data Entry Operator, Web-cum-Database Administrator, Driver, Jr. Translator, Sr. Technical Professional,Watch & Ward Assistant and IT Assistant Positions.
Data Entry Operator (DEO)- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-2 Rs. 19900/-
Candidates must have passed matriculation with first division from a recognised board; OR Higher Secondary/ Intermediate/ 10+2 Vocational with second division; OR Graduate from a recognised university.
Candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma in Computer. Ability to operate computer efficiently having knowledge in English and Hindi typing. Candidates should have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to matriculation standard.
Junior Translator- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-4 Rs. 25500/-
Candidates must have Post Graduate Degree in Hindi/ English. Candidates should have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to matriculation standard.
IT Assistant- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-6 Rs. 35500/-
Candidates must possess B.E. (Computer)/ B.Tech. (IT)/B.Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (IT)/ MCA/ M.Tech. in (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication.
Candidates must have two years experience in IT operations. Candidates should have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to matriculation standard.
Watch & Ward Assistant- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-2 Rs. 19900/-
Candidates must have passed matriculation from a recognised board. Candidates should have good physique. Candidates should have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to matriculation standard.
Driver- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-4 Rs. 25500/-
Candidates must pass Matriculation with Hindi/Sanskrit; Should have Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License; Having three years experience of Driving of Heavy Transport Vehicles.
Candidates must pass Matriculation with Hindi/Sanskrit; Should have Light Transport Vehicle Driving License; Having three years experience of Driving of Light Transport Vehicles.
Web-cum-Database Administrator- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-8 Rs. 47600/-
Candidates must possess B.E. (IT)/ B.Tech. (IT)/B.Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (IT)/ MCA/ M.Tech. in (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication.
Candidates must have five years experience in software development like Java, PHP, HTML etc. in reputed firm.
Sr. Technical Professional- 01 Vacancy, Pay Matrix level-7 Rs. 44900/-
Candidates must possess B.E. (Computer)/ B.Tech. (IT)/B.Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (IT)/ MCA/ M.Tech. in (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication.
Candidates must have two years experience in software development like Java, PHP, HTML etc. in reputed firm.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 19-DECEMBER-2022
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years and Maximum 42 years as on last date of submission of application. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- for General Male and Female candidates; Rs.250/- for Female (Haryana resident) and SC/ BC/ EWS/ Ex-Servicemen Candidates of Haryana State. Person with Disability candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
The fee may be paid by way of DD in favour of Secretary,Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Chandigarh.
