Senior Manager (E-4) Technical: 10 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture engineering discipline with first class. Candidates should have 11 years post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in “Ship building”/ “Ship design”/ “Ship Repair”/ “Overseeing the construction of Naval Ships or Submarines”/ Maintenance jobs on Board ships.
In case of IT; Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology discipline with first class. Candidates should have 11 years post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in Enterprise Resource Planning/ managing IT infrastructure consisting of Tier-II Data Centre, WAN & LAN across geographical locations / SAP / implementation of IT based solutions/ projects.
Senior Manager (E-4) Human Resource: 01 Vacancy
Candidates must be Graduate and possess two years full time MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare with first class. Candidates should have 11 years experience in dealing with HR matters i.e. IR, Contract Labour Management, Welfare administration, Establishment, Recruitment, Statutory Compliances, CSR etc.
