The Goa Public Service Commission is the body, which advises the Government on all matters relating to State Civil Services. Goa Public Service Commission is inviting applications for various positions under the state government of Goa. The applications are only available with a certified vendor and all interested applicants can purchase the application form from the certified vendor Casa J.D. Fernandes Stationery Supplier, Printers & Book Binders, placed opposite Municipal Garden, Panaji. The Commission will not supply application forms by Post, but it allows the candidates to download the format available at the website of Goa PSC to use them while applying for the positions.

- Assistant Professor in Neurology – 1 post
Educational – A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The applicant should have a Post-graduate degree in the speciality concerned – Experience – At least 1 years teaching and/ or research experience in the concerned super-specialty in a Medical College/Teaching Institution after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM/ MCh. For Candidates having 3 years Degree of DM/ MCh no experience is required. - Assistant Lecturer in Anaesthesiology (ICU) – 1 post & Paediatrics – 1 Post (CFF only)
Educational – A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The applicant should have Registered for Post-Graduate Degree in concerned speciality. II. DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH SERVICES
- Senior Ophthalmic Surgeon –1 Post
Educational – A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The applicant should have a Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma in the speciality concerned – Experience – Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or 5 years after post-graduation Diploma. Knowledge of Konkani is essential and Marathi is desirable – Age- Max 42 years – Pay Scale – Rs.15600-Rs.39100 (PB-3) + Rs.6600 (Grade pay)
- Junior Surgeon – 4 Posts (OBC-01, UR-03)
Educational – A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The applicant should have a Post-graduate Degree/ Diploma in the speciality concerned – Experience – Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. - Public Health Dentist – 8 Posts (OBC-04, ST-01, PWD-01, UR-02)

III. GOA DENTAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL
- Lecturer in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics –2 Posts (ST-01, UR-01)
Educational – A degree qualification included in Part I or Part II of the schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948. Must have done a Post Graduation in Dentistry or MDS and should have registered with the Dental Council of India – Desirable – One year teaching experience after post graduation and 3 years experience as Registrar/Tutor/Senior Resident/ Demonstrator in the concerned speciality of Dentistry. IV. GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, PANAJI
- Lecturer in Architectural Assistantship –1 Post (ST)

- Lecturer in Civil Engineering–1 Post

V. PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT

Educational – Degree in Law with Knowledge of local revenue laws, laws governing maintenance of law and order, planning and development works and public distribution system. VI. DIRECTORATE OF FIRE & EMERGENCY SERVICES
- Deputy Director (Fire Services) – 1 Post
Educational – A Degree, preferable in Science with Advance Diploma of the National Fire Service College, Nagpur or Associate/Membership Diploma of the Institution of Fire Engineering/MI Fire E (UK), or equivalent OR, BE (Fire) from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur with 15 years operational and administrative experience including 3 years in a responsible post equivalent to that Divisional Fire Officer. Must have a Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence. Knowledge of Konkani is essential and Marathi is desirable – Age- Max 45 years – Pay Scale – Rs.15600-Rs.39100 (PB-3) + Rs.6600 (Grade pay)
