Selected candidates will have to carry out job of assistance related to hydrological and meteorological observations, as Gauge, Discharge and Silt observations of river streams, Survey and Investigation of projects, plying of boat, Snow observation, operation of machines, works related to flood forecasting, wireless operation, watch and ward, gardening and any other duties as assigned by officer in-charge
The initial posting shall be jurisdiction of Narmada Tapi basin Organization, Central Water Commission, Gandhinagar i.e., Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli with the liability to serve anywhere in India.
Educational Qualification-
Skilled Work Assistant: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or ITI or equivalent from recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
Age Criteria: The applicants should have acquired minimum age of 18 years, and should not be more than 30 years of age as on 29-December-2017. Relaxation in age limit will be applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be eligible to get pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay 1800/- for Skilled Work Assistant (SWA) – Level 1 in 7 th CPC Pay Matrix
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Exam, Interview/ Trade Test.
