Bokaro Steel Plant, Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Junior Manager (Safety), and Junior Manager (Architecture & City planning) Positions.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination and Interview. The minimum qualifying marks in Written Examination will be determined based on 50 percentile score for UR Category; and 40 percentile score for SC/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD candidates respectively.
Candidates selected as Junior Manager (E1) shall be placed under probation for one year.
Junior Manager (Industrial Safety)- 09 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 24900/-3%-50500/-, E1
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of engineering or technology, preferably in Industrial Safety; and
Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognised by the State Governments of Jharkhand or Bihar in this behalf; or from Central Labour Institute, Mumbai or the Regional Labour Institutes of Government of India at Kanpur, Kolkata, Chennai or Faridabad; and
Candidates should have working experience of at least 2 years in a factory.
Junior Manager (Architecture & City Planning)- 02 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 24900/-3%-50500/-, E1
Candidates must possess B.E./ B.Tech in Architecture Engineering and must be registered with the council of Architecture under Architects Act 1972.
Candidates must have minimum one year working experience in Architectural field in any Govt. organisation/PSU/ Public Limited company/ Private Limited company/ Private registered architecture firm.
Candidates possess Post graduate degree/ diploma in Urban/ Town planning, will be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 06-February-2019. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
