Bhilai Steel Plant, a flag bearer Plant of SAIL and Ten times winner of Prime Minister’s Trophy for best Integrated Steel Plant in the country, invites ONLINE application from eligible Male and Female candidates for the post of Attendant cum Technician (Trainee), Operator cum Technician (Trainee), and Operator cum Technician (Boiler Operation), Fire Engineer, Blaster, Junior Staff Nurse Trainee, Pharmacist Trainee, Junior Medical Technologist Trainee.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam, followed by interview or Trade Test/Skill Test, as the case may be.
Candidates selected as Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee), Jr. Staff Nurse (Trainee), Pharmacist (Trainee) & Jr. Medical Technologist (Trainee) will be placed on training for a minimum period of 2 (two) years which can be extended by another two years as per requirement. On successful completion of training period, they shall be regularized in S-3 grade respectively. After successful completion of training, candidates shall be placed under probation for 1 year.
Candidates selected as Fire Engineer (E-1) will be placed on Training period of one year, on successful completion of training period, candidates shall be placed under probation for 1 year.
Candidates selected as ACT (BO) (S-1) & Blaster (S-1) will be placed on probation for one year.

B.Sc in relevant discipline Or 10+2/ Intermediate in Science with minimum 2 years Diploma in relevant discipline with 1 year experience in a hospital.
Pharmacist Trainee- 05 Vacancies
Degree in Pharmacy Or 10+2 / Intermediate in science with Diploma in Pharmacy of minimum two years duration and Registration with Indian/State Pharmacy Council with 1 year of experience.
Staff Nurse Trainee- 08 Vacancies
B.Sc. (Nursing) from an Institution recognized by Nursing Council of India OR 10+2/ Intermediate in Science with Diploma of minimum three years duration in General Nursing and Midwifery from a Govt. recognised Institution with valid registration in Nursing Council of India/States and with minimum 1 year post qualification clinical experience in a hospital.
Blaster- 01 Vacancy
Candidates must have passed matriculation, and have valid Blaster’s Certificate or valid Mining Mate’s Certificate of competency. Candidates should have minimum one year post qualification experience.
Attendant cum Technician (Boiler Operation) – 03 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed matriculation, with full time ITI from Government recognized institute. Candidates should also have either First class or Second class certificate of Boiler Attendant competency.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years.
