Established during the year 1954, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) at Bangalore is one of the highly performing subsidiary of the Government of India under the Ministry of Defence. The BEL has been established to meet the specialised electronic needs of the Indian defence services. Over the years, it has grown into a multi-product, multi-technology, multi-unit company servicing the needs of customers in diverse fields in India and abroad. BEL, at present is among an elite group of public sector undertakings which have been conferred the Navratna status by the Government of India.
With the recent initiative from BEL candidature are invited to induct candidates for Short-Term Apprenticeship Training under its establishment from ITI Qualified individuals.

Age requirement:
- The candidate must be within the max age of 25 years as on 15-October-2013.
- However there will be relaxation in upper age limit as per rules for SC, ST, PWD (5 years) and OBC (3 years) candidates.
Academics:
Any applicant who have cleared ITI in the concerned trades on or after 01-January-2011 are only eligible to apply for the Apprenticeship Training
Selection Procedure:
The selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Written Test only as conducted during the walk-in on Merit ranking basis
Period of Training:
The candidates selected for the Apprenticeship Training will be on training for a period of 1 year only
How To Appear the Walk-in:
- Candidates must bring the following documents in Original and Photocopy to apply for the Selection:
- Matriculation certificate
- ITI pass Certificate (Should be issued by the NCVT only)
- Caste Certificate
- Any other relevant documents as appropriate to support the selection.
