Candidates will be on two years probation period at 41 FAD after appointment.
Tradesman Mate (Erstwhile Mazdoor): 330 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 1
Fireman: 64 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 2
JOA (Erstwhile LDC): 20 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 2
Multi Tasking Staff (Erstwhile Safaiwala): 11 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 1
255 (I) ABOU Tradesman Mate (Erstwhile Mazdoor): 14 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 1
Material Assistant: 19 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 5
Educational Qualification:
Tradesman Mate, Fireman, Multi Tasking Staff– Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
Junior Office Assistant– Candidates must have passed Intermediate (12th/ 10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
Material Assistant– Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or Diploma in Material Management from a recognized University/ organisation.
Age Limit As on Last Date for receipt of Applications: Minimum 18 year and Maximum 25 Years (27 years for Material Assistant) for unreserved candidates, 28 Years (30 years for Material Assistant) for OBC category candidates, 30 Years (32 years for Material Assistant) for SC/ ST category candidates, 35 years for Sport Persons, 40 years for PH candidates. However, further relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per central government rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Test, Written Examination (General intelligence and reasoning, Numerical aptitude, General English, General Awareness) of 150 marks of two hours and 30 minutes duration.
Candidates not passing the mandatory physical requirements for Fireman positions will not be permitted to appear for the physical endurance tests.
Candidates not passing the mandatory physical endurance/ skill tests will not be permitted to appear for the written exam.
Dates for physical endurance tests/written test for all categories will be intimated in the CALL LETTERS by Commandant, 41 FAD.
